Do you have a trailer available?
Yes. Our furniture trailer is available for free use by unit holders. Please book via email. The trailer is available for full days during the week and half days in the weekends.
Are my goods insured?
All our units are insurance approved, which means your current contents insurer will cover your goods while in storage with us, as long as you retain cover with them.
Do I have 24/7 access to my unit?
Yes, you can come and go from your unit any time you please. This includes public holidays. Our facilities are all well floodlit at night.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum lease is 10 weeks.
How can I pay my fees, and can this be weekly or monthly?
Yes, whatever option suits your cashflow best. We will help you set up an Automatic Payment for a frequency that works for you.
Is there a bond?
Yes, our bond is just $50. We refund this to you when you leave, your unit is clear, and your access card has been returned.
What notice do I need to give when I leave?
We require two weeks’ notice when you leave. This allows us to advertise your unit again.
Can I work on my car in my unit?
We are a storage only facility. You can store almost anything in our units. We do not allow any mechanical or automotive work of any kind.
Will my unit have power and lighting?
Our units all have power and lighting except for our Sydenham facility. All our facilities are all well floodlit at night.
